Sari Lehrhoff, M.D. is a Psychiatrist, a master life coach, therapist, and functional medicine practitioner. She is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a licensed physician in the state of New Jersey.

Lehrhoff's academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Muhlenberg College in 2001. After two years of gaining industry experience in pharmaceuticals while working with Pfizer, she pursued her medical degree at St. George’s University, graduating in 2010. Her passion for psychiatry led her to complete a General Psychiatry Residency at Trinitas Regional Medical Center through Seton Hall University in July 2014. During her residency, she honed her expertise in treating depression, anxiety, panic disorder, attention deficit Disorder, bipolar and insomnia.

Eager to broaden her knowledge and skill set, Dr. Lehrhoff pursued advanced training in relationship and sex therapy at the Council for Relationships in Philadelphia. In 2018, she further specialized by completing training with the Institute of Functional Medicine and continues to update her education regularly, most recently studying Internal Family Systems Therapy to stay at the forefront of her field. Dr. Lehrhoff is a strong advocate for alternative and holistic medicine, and her dedication to wellness is reflected in her completion of yoga and meditation training. As a certified yoga instructor, she integrates yoga principles into her work with both students and clients.
