Sari Lehrhoff, M.D.

Sari Lehrhoff, M.D. is a Board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and licensed physician in the state of New Jersey conducting virtual sessions. Dr. Lehrhoff earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Muhlenberg College in 2001. After working for and studying pharmaceuticals with Pfizer, she then went on to earn her medical degree from St. George’s University in 2010. In July 2014 she completed her General Psychiatry Residency through Seton Hall University at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ. During her time at Trinitas hospital, Dr. Lehrhoff focused on  the treatment of depression, anxiety and panic disorder as well as insomnia. 

With a thirst for learning, Dr. Lehrhoff went on to receive additional training in relationship and sex therapy at the Council for Relationships in Philadelphia. In 2018 she completed all the institute of Functional Medicine training courses around the country and continues to study with the School of Applied Functional medicine. 

Dr. Lehrhoff is also an advocate for alternative & holistic medicine. In 2005 she completed yoga and meditation training and has been a certified yoga instructor sharing yoga principles with both students and clients alike. Dr. Lehrhoff began to study life coaching modalities before it became popular starting in 2005. She studied under Lisa Goodwin for 17 years while in medical training and continued as a practicing physician. She finds courses to take regularly and some of her favorites include work with Neale Donald Walsch and Internal Family systems with Dr. Frank Anderson.

Dr. Lehrhoff sees herself as a vessel to share, interpret and relay divine perspectives, so that those she guides can live their truest and most beautiful lives.
